We have two dogs, my father is visiting, and I'd planned to cook the next day, so this was a disaster. I called Ray in a complete panic, and he came right over. He gave us a very fair price for an emergency service, even including a run to the home improvement store for parts. He fixed the pipe, and we got our water back that night.
