"Fair and Square did a fantastic job helping me with my new home. They installed molding around the entire first floor of my home, and Kyle (the owner) even suggested a prettier molding than I had planned, that was the same cost and I was unaware existed. They patched a couple of walls beautifully, so much so I wasn't even sure where they had fixed when I was looking at the repairs. They also did some tuck pointing and crack sealing for me since my brick home needed a little TLC. Kyle and his crew were meticulous, made sure to walk around the house with me and discuss exactly what I wanted and after completion did the same to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. Not only that, they are maybe the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with. Once the job was done they cleaned up everything completely, and the house was cleaner than when they started. "We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! Thank you TNC for our brand new floor! We love it!"

Were able to fit me into their schedule for a front porch repair and step rebuild within a week of booking. They took care of tearing down the rotted wood sections quickly and were able to replace our porch platform within 2 days while adding additional support beams throughout. The front steps were fully redone and his team did a fantastic job with cleanup as well. Would definitely recommend them for future home projects as they are efficient, transparent, and affordable! -Thanks so much."
