"I woke up Sunday morning and found my basement had about half foot of water in it and continuing to rise! Of course panicked and thru a recommendation of a friend I called True Plumbing. They sent out a technician Zak and I showed him exactly what was happening. He found the problem quickly and had assured me he would be able to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, polite and explained everything to me before starting. He then went ahead and fixed the issue and even gave me recommendations of maintenance. He made a terrible situation a really great experience!! I would highly recommend True Plumbing and Zak to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable Plumbers and so much more!! Thank you Zak!"

"The contractor, I believe his name was Andrew, gave me an estimate and after receiving other estimates, even though I had a lower one, I went with him. I liked his description of the problem (cracked grout on shower tile floor)...suggested total replacement and also the fact that he was European trained. He took out the old tiles, and the cement sub-floor down to the rubber base, and in 3 separate consecutive mornings did the project..the last day putting a grout sealer. He was very neat, clean and punctual. I would recommend and hire him again. AND also he accepted credit cards! Anthony - Plainview, NY."

"Joe was extremely helpful from our first conversation on the telephone before I even hired him. He gave me pertinent information to present to my previous service contract company. When I was no longer satisfied with them I called Joe and asked him to come in for an evaluation. He spent almost three hours here checking everything in detail before he said we had no choice but to replace our natural gas boiler for safety reasons...are CO was out of the roof. He ordered our boiler which was delivered the next day and they were here the day after that. The installation went without a hitch. They replaced every single part going to the new boiler plus reconfigured the plumbing. Once the installation was done he checked and rechecked everything and ran another combustion test which was perfect. I believe the price was fair especially for the amount of time needed to complete this process. I can without any reservation recommend Moore Services for your HVAC needs. They will also be doing my maintenance from now on!"

"DEFINITELY WORTGY OF A RATING OF 5 STARS ! I am a small business owner that ran into an issue on the job site! We called the Owner AJ directly at 6:00 PM to help our team out while on site of a cleaning job.. a shower/tub combo at a customers house was clogged & we couldnâ t get it to go down no matter what we did ! This company was highly recommended on a local Facebook group weâ re apart of, so we decided to give them a call.. all the whole knowing we would probably get a no sorry we cannot help you at this time type of response because of how late it already was and knowing it would cost a fortune because of it being an emergency.. but we tried it anyway! The owner himself came within 1 hour of the first phone call, he fixed the issue & surprisingly the cost was absolutely no where near what I was expecting! I give 5 stars hands down to this company based off of my own experience! They are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, reliable, quick and efficient and super kind as well as very good at explaining what the issue is and how to fix it in terms the consumer can understandâ ¦ if I could give more I would! I definitely did not feel pressured or taken advantage of either, which as a woman is always a scare! The owner himself is very friendly, honest & knowledgeable! !! I will definitely be using them again as well recommending them to anyone I can !!!"

"There was a crack in the basement wall from top to bottom that was leaking water onto floor after a heavy rain. James suggested several options but suggested the inexpensive crack filler and sealer first. I had other companies give me estimates and he was by far the cheapest for the same exact work.
