I cannot recommend Richard and RDS Plumbing & Heating highly enough. We had a major pipe burst on a Sunday night and after calling three different companies that were either unavailable or unwilling to help, I was completely stressed and didn’t know what to do. Richard answered the call, immediately put my mind at ease, and came to the rescue when we needed it most. He responded quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, and took control of the situation right away. What stood out most was his willingness to help during a true emergency when others wouldn’t. Richard did a great job. He arrived when he said he would. Fixed the valve in about an hour. He arrived with the correct part because I sent him pictures of the broken valve, so he was able to buy what I needed on the way to my house. Charged me $200. I was satisfied with this price. I would definitely use him again. Can you tell the before and after?

Had a whole house filter installed, with a water softener and salt brine tank. Rich went way above the call of duty and got it done even with the tight space I had.
