He has installed a concrete pathway and has done other landscaping improvements, he services and maintains my sprinkler system, and does regularly scheduled yard maintenance to include mowing and raking. "Steve Hernandez, the crew leader, showed us detailed photos of the problems with our heating system flue and chimney. The former was in such bad condition he rescheduled work so he could get the job down that day! A few days later he and his crew came back to remove the badly worn chimney bricks and concrete crown and completely rebuild them. He had ordered and installed that day a custom cap. The crew was efficient and polite both days. Steve really helped me understand our own particular heating system and what to do going forward to keep it safe and efficient. Truly, kudos to Steve."

"As a (very) part time general contractor I do maybe one or two flips/builds a year. I used Premium Paving for work at my own home - which should tell you something right there. One of the major obstacles I encounter in the construction industry is finding reliable and good help, and as they say showing up is half the battle. These guys were there right when they said they would be, early. Right away I know what Iâ m dealing with. After going over the scope of the work with them, we laid out the pattern for a unique front walkway pour. 3x6 slabs were positioned accurately and spaced with grass in between and the look came out phenomenal. Very happy with the quality, the edge work was neat, and the color was exactly what I asked for. Iâ ll be using them again in the future at build sites on Long Island."

"Prior to picking Quality 1st Maintenance, I had picked four company's that were HIGHLY recommended in Angie's listing. One company, I felt did a great job in assessing the project, and in explaining what needed to be done. Thought they were a bit on the high side. Two more came in, one total me that there was no need to put in a stainless steel flue, and that it was a waste a money. Thankfully, I had done my due diligence and understood that what he was telling me was not only dangerous but wrong. The other company, though very close to the first one, had not wanted to get up to the roof, I told him that I understood the house very difficult to get there. Now comes Oscar, he came, looked at the outside, gave his perception of what he had to do. Took out the ladder and came back down, and told me exactly what I had thought. The flashing that was done from Power Remodeling, needed to be removed. Oscar said that there was no way that he would be able to do a good job if the flashing was not removed, the chimney needed to be at the house line. Right there the decision was made. Not only did he quote me a fair price, he actually made sense he what he said on the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend him. UPDATE: After having the chimney done, a bit more than a year later I called Oscar for a reason, to have the chimney protected as he had suggested. Oscar accommodated his schedule to come over and look at it, get it done. My family was very happy with the work. Professional, respectful, was willing to answer concerns that the family had and spent time explaining the process of protecting the bricks. Again, would highly recommend him."

"Ian came to give a quote and he offered several creative ideas for the area, which I appreciated, I wouldnâ t have thought of them!! He is very knowledgeable and honest.
