"I have a maintenance contract. Today Fabian came out. He was very thorough. He spent two hours at my condo performing all kinds of tests. Before he left he went over things I could do to get better performance from my heater. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to pressure me into picking something. He emailed me (while in the truck) options and also explained different ways to pay for it. He noticed the oxygen in my home. My husband had CHF and COPD so I was specifically interested in the ways I can help his breathing better. I believe in todayâ s environment itâ s difficult for companies to get really good employees. This young man , 20, had a great work ethic and a bright future. Very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you Harris."

"We had Old Skool install our gas stove top and hook up our new faucet and sink as well. Dave and Shane arrived on time, and though it was approaching dinnertime, they stayed until all of the work was completed and they double checked everything before leaving. I had spoken to Frank on the phone and he explained up front exactly what would be involved so there were no surprises. The price was reasonable to say the least. It was refreshing to find a company who values customer satisfaction as much as Old Skool does. I will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to others."
