Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"

"Frank (the owner) was absolutely terrific in solving and correcting the problems I had with my oil fired boiler. I hired Frank to come and perform a season tuneup. Frank showed up (very professional) looked at the heater, broke it down and brought it back to life. While doing this Frank discovered and consulted with me a few dangers that I was not aware of. One major one was the burner liner in my heater was gone and seals around the burner gone which could of hurt my family and I. Frank did not up sell me one bit left it up to me to make the decision, good guy and my new burner mechanic."

"After signing up with Servicepro, I was on the phone with Horizon within 10 minutes. This was about 9:30 PM. They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away.
