"I made an appointment with Comfort Co. to service my oil heater, Joseph arrived promptly and evaluated the job. He recommended I replace the heater, stating it was old and he feared it would cause carbon monoxide leakage. He gave me an excellent price for installing a new heater. He and a partner worked through the late evening working on the installation. When the new heater was installed, they bled all the radiator's in the house. My house was warm and cozy. The next day I noticed my water wasn't getting hot. I called Joseph and he came right over. Apparently the pilot on the hot water tank had gone out, he restarted the heater and I had hot water in no time. The only issue I had is Joseph has not removed the old heater. I will be calling him again to do so. I'm sure he just forgot. All said it has been a professional experience. I have since referred Comfort Co. to my sister. She has gas heat, but her heated was blowing out cold air. She called Joseph on Sunday morning and he came out late that afternoon and fixed her problem, now her heater is working. He's the best.
