"I called around 12:30 pm because I had an inch of water in the pan under my water heater and the A/C above was the cause in my condo. Wanted an appointment after the weekend and they were great, they were worried that my heater might have issues if we waited until after the weekend. Anthonie was there before 3pm same day and fixed the issues. They also worked with me to provide the best value for what I needed. Highly impressed with the customer service from everyone that I spoke with and the tech. I will need a new unit soon due to the age of mine and this will be the first place I call."

At first, I thought this was creepy...but then I thought this was excellent customer service (being used to delays, poor quality of service and excuses from many large corporations). I got the appointment the next day. He also suggested some additional things on AC I needed to fix (which I was not even aware that were in need of repair until he showed me). The most impressive thing was his years of knowledge of ACs. I would recommend this guy to my family and friends.
