"On the morning of February 8th, 2021, I awoke to a cold house and instantly panicked. My furnace had stopped working and I went through one horrible senario after another - frozen pipes, ruined interior, etc. The outside temperature was in the single digits, and I assumed the inside temperature would soon match it. Mike T. and his partner Bobby replaced my furnace and got my heat back with a minimum of disruption to my daily life. Mike showed up at 8:30 am on the 8th, carefully examined the furnace, pronounced it DOA with a detailed explanation as to why, and suggested two different models of new furnaces. He managed to get the old furnace running for one more night and left me four space heaters to protect me and the house in case the furnace failed during the night. The next day Mike and Bobby showed up promptly at 8:30 pm and replaced the furnace, installed new duct work, sealed it, installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it, all in about 5 hours.
