    They accepted a job and refused to start work because of a "safety issue" they "didn't find" until after we'd signed a contract and I paid them $7500. It's been two weeks and they were happy to keep my money while they made me fix it at my own time and expense. Several professionals have since been by to look at the issue and all have confirmed there was never any danger. I have no choice but to continue to work with blue dot, but if you're not in that situation I beg you to look elsewhere.

    Both technicians were outstanding. Mark Green did the annual tune-up and took the time to explain the details. I replaced a condensate pump later that day and accidentally tripped the secret circuit breaker located behind the bolted panel which is behind the outside panel. Paul was the 2nd technician who knew exactly what was wrong and reset the breaker and the flow of cool air again was magnificent.

    Salesman promised top tier, best trained installation technicians. I got the worst installation experience I could imagine. A 1 day promised install of water heater and heat pump took two full days over 4 elapsed week days (7 days if include weekend). At the end of both days here, they left trash, old system parts, unused hardware, sawdust & brick-dust from cutting plus left some tools behind. I would visit them periodically and ask how it was going, technicians NEVER gave any feedback or asked my preference on any option of positioning items, location of new outlets - or even an alert that new holes in walls and new outlets and circuit boxes and wire runs would be installed in new locations - even through exterior walls! Weren?t truthful about when would return to finish. Charged for thermostat didn?t install. Left without even walking us through the new equipment or any explanation of how to use it. Sloppy, unprofessional work manner leaving site dirty, not picked up.

    The tech, Cory, came for a semiannual maintenance check when he diagnosed a problem. Parts were ordered, arrived and Cory returned to complete the repair. Each time, he was knowledgeable, as expected. What made him exceptional was his kindness, patience and communications about the repair and what to expect during the lengthy repair. Upon leaving, he clearly explained what to look for to insure proper workings. I hope Cory is my rep in the future.
