Andrew from Buric Heating and Cooling was awesome. He was very helpful, and explained what he was doing. He changed the AC filter that I had on hand in the attic, and took the time to run the system to make sure it was running right. He also checked the compressor unit to ensure there were no problems with it. He didn't make me feel dumb because I couldn't get the AC system to turn back on after I had turned it off, I thought for the season. We decided to just turn the thermostat way up to leave the system on, but inactive except for the fan coming on periodically. Thumbs up for thorough service by a very pleasant technician.

Tech did excellent service and let me know status of equipment that is starting to show signs of wear. No pressure to do right away but to let me know what to look for if someone else comes out. Excellent service.

I asked a lot of questions, and Andrew was very knowledgeable. From new-to-the-market refrigerants, to boilers, new thermostats, to heating/cooling zones, window units, floor units, mini splits, even CO, Andrew knows his stuff. Well worth the time and money to have a tech stop by.

The process was easy and the service top notch from the estimate with the sales rep to scheduling and the install. Ill recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air services.

The technicians arrived on time and kept the work area clean and organized. They completed the work and cleaned up completely. They also checked my other furnace.

Great install team! A bit of a hiccup when they arrived which they quickly resolved. Pre-install responses could have been better at times. Ductless mini-splits are costly but it's delivering! Hopefully, long term I'll be glad I did it.

I like to research before choosing. I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors.
