"If you need a good plumber or HVAC tech I recommend Manny Alvarez of The #1 contractors. He works with his father and brother and they saved me a lot of money on my repair. Service Squad wanted $10,000 to replace my main water line, Plumb Shield wanted $6,995, and J5 wanted $4,600. Russel Plumbing said he would replace the line for $3,800 but he would charge me $150 for a written quote.
