"Zac was amazing!! He had the time in his schedule, and was able to arrive about 3 hours yesterday afternoon after first talking with him. The furnace was not working, and the outside temperature was about to dip into the teens this morning, so I was in crisis mode! Thankfully, what needed fixed could be safely bypassed (the igniter), and Zac was able to turn the furnace on for one cycle. With the temperature temporarily set to 80, it was still 61 in the house (furnace turned off sometime very early this morning). Zac arrived early this morning with part in hand. Furnace is now fixed, right before a snow storm is about to arrive tomorrow. Whew! I also consider the price that he charged for the repair to be very reasonable, considering it was an emergency repair. Thank you, Zac and Mr. Mechanical Ohio!!"

I was given options on cost and time frame, and in less than 2 days Trent had found the siding i needed and inside of a week the job was done.
