"He did his best with my 30+ year-old washing machine. He moved it from the wall and tilted it in order to test out from the bottom of the machine whether or not it was a simple fix, but it was not to be. The engine was no longer functioning. After examining the machine for 45 minutes, he charged $75. He advised keeping the dryer unless I could get a deal on both washer and dryer. He also made recommendations on which brands to consider purchasing. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him."

"Our heat pump died on 7/18/16 (in the middle of a drastic Heat Wave). I put in a request at Home Advisor on Monday evening. They contacted me within minutes of my request and were able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. The owner (yes, the owner) came to my house the next morning to give me the estimate on having my Heat Pump repaired. Unfortunately, the old system was too far gone to be worth fixing, so we arranged to have a new Heat Pump installed. They scheduled our installation for Thursday and once again, the owner (yes the owner) was onsite to supervise the installation. Their price was very fair and they even made a repair to my duct work at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Kelly H&C to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement."
