Our sales consultant Ben Fleming was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very friendly, polite and professional. Really enjoyed doing business with him. Our installers Dylan P and TJ arrived on time, reviewed the work order thoroughly and also were the ultimate professionals. Very polite hard working young men. When they finished the job I was shown the finished product and could not be more satisfied. This was a very good experience for both me and my wife and we would strongly recommend these folks and your company if ask. Thank you so very much for a great job!!

My husband and I are very satisfied with our shower remodel and experience with West Shore Home. The design consultant, Ben Fleming, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable when doing the presentation. Many options of plans and payment were discussed. There was no pressure. Our installers, Dylan, T.J., Erik, and Paul were awesomely professional. They arrived on time, consulted with us regarding what/how/when the installation would be done. Dylan consulted with us often concerning the process. He was very professional and cordial. Covid precautions were in place. All measures were taken to respect/protect areas of our home. Work was done from the time they entered our home until that minute it was finished. The area was spotlessly swept and cleaned. Before Dylan left, he went over necessary information regarding care of new showers install and other details. Dylan informed us that our 36+ yrs old bathtub/shower design presented a few challenges but was dealt with properly and efficiently. We highly recommend West Shore Home business. They are such a professional business. Dylan and team completed the work in ONE day as advertised! As stated before, we are very pleased with the work and transformation in our bathroom.

From my first West Shore Homes contact, Kim Allen, to lead, Corey Hemingway and his team of Kevin Jones and Derek Hinkel, I knew I was working with professionals. I left for work that morning shortly after 8:00 AM and received a call that my job was completed by 3:00 PM! When called home to evaluate the install, I was blown away at the results of my new shower! This company backs everything they promise. I highly recommend them!

The installer, Earl, was phenomenal: highly professional; his attention to details was awesome; and he was patient with our questions. They put tarp down from the doorway to the bathroom and cleaned everything up- even more than I tend to do. They had to do a lot of work to fix a prior installation that another company completed. Earl explained what the other company did not do (as in install a trap) and he fixed it perfectly. He had to do a lot more work on the floor under the shower than anticipated; again, he tackled it with precision and expertise. It is a bit pricey but totally worth it. The final result exceeded our expectations.

My sales rep, David, was amazing! The installers Hector L. and Juan D. were amazing as well. They had everything done in a day. They did not leave a mess. Just an all-around good experience. Very professional and practiced all Covid 19 protocols.

WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT WORK FROM START TO FINISH

John F and his crew did an excellent job replacing our contractor grade bath/shower combo with a stand-in shower. Unlike most projects we've done over the years this was a turn-key job. We really didn't have to do anything on the backend aside from removing labels from the glass shower door. The crew arrived @ 8 AM and finished @ 6 PM. They were very careful of the floors and walls and produced a great result. It's not cheap and you can probably get a contractor to do something similar for less but the potential of a messy protracted project just wasn't worth it for us.

I contacted West Shore Home, Wilmington, NC for a bathroom remodel. A new shower was installed 12/14/2020. Brad Q. and Chris B. were the installers and they both could not have been more professional, polite and efficient. The shower looks amazing and was installed as promised in one day. Pretty impressive experience. I would definitely use them again and I would also highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to update their bathroom.
