Team of Sean and Zach were very professional and informative and did a great job remodeling our shower.

Juan Duran and Charles did a great job removing a bathroom tub and replacing it with a new shower and surround in one day. They were on time, professional and very helpful to my mom with decisions on placing grab bars, trim and other accessories. They left the house clean with no sign there had been demo and construction that day. This was a big help to mom and dad to do this in one day and not interrupt their routine with my mom as caregiver for my dad. The new shower will allow them to continue enjoy living in home more safely as they age. Unfortunately the shower doors did not fit, but the shower can be used with a curtain until Westshore gets the correct door and returns to install.

Everything was very good except the price. I feel that it was overpriced

West Shore Home / Wilmington just completed my third bath remodel. I have been so impressed with the professionalism of the installation teams, completion of the project as promised - in one day, and the beauty of the finished showers. Each project was completed by a different team, but yesterday's team of Dylan, Evan and TJ were the best! It was a great experience from beginning to end from my sales rep, Ben, and customer service rep, Nicole, working in conjunction with the installation crews.

The team of Sean, Kia and Charles did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom. They were very professional and friendly. They finish the job in one day and I was impressed by their cleanliness. I would recommend this team to any job you need. Thanks again

Corey and his team showed up on time, did an amazing job and were very professional! We are very pleased with their work ethic and friendliness! The estimator, Dylan, did an awesome job of helping us choose style and colors without any high pressure sales tactics. Five stars for sure!

Installers Sean W. and Ken C. arrived promptly, introduced themselves and went right to work. Their work was excellent and they finished on time replacing my tub shower with a beautiful new shower. They also consulted me as to placement of grab bars etc. as I am a shorter and handicapped individual and they wanted to be sure everything was fitted to me. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone.
