Earl Vereen and Rob Martin did an excellent job installing our new walk in shower. They were polite and no intrusive. The work was done in one day and looks amazing. We would definitely recommend Westshore Home again and use them again if we had the need.

Very professional and efficient. Corey Hemingway and Aaron Dudley were our installers and were both very friendly and helpful. They completed the job in one day. Our salesperson, Phillip Connole was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

Jon Schwartz, Jon Fowler and Brandon Carson were excellent installers and sales rep. The installers were knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and were very clean in this installation. There were 2 others who were here on the first day but I don't know their names. Thank you for the wonderful service and installation of our new shower. Brandon also handled several concerns that came up during and after the installation.

The crew (Chris Brazil and William) arrived early, getting busy with the complicated demo of a 1-piece fiberglass jacuzzi tub enclosure in a 1957 home. They had the demo done well before lunch and took to framing in to square in my cinder block wall home so the shower would be plumb and square. They worked meticulously to get ancient trap out, installing a new one before placing the pan in the newly plumbed trap. They also accommodated my request to run the panels to the ceiling giving me floor to ceiling protection in the new walk-in shower. Couldn't be more pleased with the service from sales to scheduling (2 weeks from contract to install) and the many crew that took part in my project, all professional, respecting covid protocols and cleaned up as if they were never here. Well done on all levels.

The design consultant, Blaize Brown, showed up promptly and was very thorough in her explanations of what was entailed in this project. The installers, Kevin Alicea and Jacob Duncan, were prompt, professional, and delivered a phenomenal finished project. I worked with West Shore Home out of Myrtle Beach, SC to have a tub replaced with a walk-in shower. I first met with Jason B. to make my selections; the process was easy and enjoyable. Jason really represented West Shore in a way that if there was the need, I would recommend him to my friends and family. Earl, Kevin and Derek were there to do the installation. They were so careful with my home, laying floor coverings down from the door all the way to the back bathroom. They were so curious and extremely hardworking, they worked all day. Before they left they cleaned up, and shared with me how to care for my new shower. I am thrilled with the final product and actually thrilled with the entire process. Thank you!
