The installers, Kevin, Derek and Corey were a pleasure to work with, they worked well together, cleaned up each day so well you would never know any one was working in our home.

Frank Vereen and Charles Owens worked so hard for 2 days to remodeling both of our baths. Earl V and Nas joined in on day 2. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I am overjoyed with the results.

Earl Vereen and his partner were professional, quality oriented, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful experience and are very happy with our new shower. My only draw back was trying to contact a representative at the company. I left a series of phone messages and never received a call back. They did not call us before the expected due date to verify installation date. This created money transfer issues over the holidays.

The work was done by one person, William R. He removed our old fiberglass tub and installed a beautiful shower in one day. All of the debris was removed and the area was clean when he left. We were very pleased.

I had the most awesome team from my first phone call to the finished product! Jeremy B was my design consultant and did a great job helping me plan out the shower for my dad. I was told it could take up to 12 weeks to schedule installation, but it was installed just ONE week later - I could not have been more pleased!!! Kaleb B and Chris B. were my installers and they did an amazing job! They arrived at 9:15 am, as promised, were very professional, skilled, neat and did the whole job in less than a day!! They were so pleasant to work with and even made sure my new rescue kitty Mango didn't get out of the house with their many trips outside. I absolutely LOVE the new walk-in shower, it's better than I expected!! I highly recommend West Shore Home and their team of experts - Thank you!!

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! Our installers Sean and Derik arrived at 8am and worked steadily through mid afternoon. They and their crew were very professional, polite and friendly. They did a fantastic job!!! Many thanks to Matt Hill,, our design consultant who gave us confidence in hiring West Shore Homes. Everything turned out exactly as planned. Our shower is absolutely beautiful!

I was shocked at the cost and worked with the sales person who came to my home to get it down as low as I could, expecting top notch people at that price. Earl Vereen and his asst. Shaun were top notch. They showed up on time, very polite and considerate of my home, professional and detail install. I would recommend them to everyone. It is hard to find that kind of professionalism. West Shore should invest in people like Earl and Shaun who really do the work. West Shore is expensive but felt better because of Earl. My suggestions would be the salesman do a better follow up. He promised to take care of me and I expected more from him, especially a community member. A sales person coming to your home drives up the price, so the expectations are higher that going to a showroom. I asked the scheduler closer to the install date the name of the strangers coming to my home, she did not know but followed up with a phone call which was wonderful. Thank you.
