Project consisted of a shower & corner tub. Then install a new shower where tub was. There were some unforeseen plumbing issues, which they handled very professionally. Paul and Erik were our professional team assisted by your plumber. All were conscientious about their work. Cleaned up the worksite. Paul also reviewed our project with care instructions, and answered all our questions. We were pleasantly surprised that the scheduler contacted us when an early opening for a 2 day job occurred. We are very much enjoying our new shower. It's super easy to maintain. I also love the textured bottom and the grab bars.

Jim Halloran was an excellent consultant. He knows his product and is so patient and professional about explaining everything. He helped me through the entire process and I felt so comfortable about it. My installers were incredible. Kevin J and Dan couldn't have been more professional and expert at what they were doing. I was amazed at how easy they made the job look. They took such good care of me and left my home immaculate when the job was done. They finished in a very timely manner and explained everything to me so carefully. I love my new walk-in shower and I am amazed at how elegant it looks. I highly recommend this company and the wonderful employees.

West Shore Home installers, Richard Clark, Dan, and Nick, arrived promptly on our scheduled date and were extremely professional. They completed the renovation ahead of time and we hardly knew they were there. They were very efficient and the clean up was exceptional. The team (Corey Hemingway, Nick, & Shaunn came and installed our new bathtub in one day. They were professional and friendly to talk to. They did an excellent job and it looks wonderful. We are so happy that we decided to have West Shore Home complete this project for us. We highly recommend this company. They do what they say they're going to do and right on time!

Haven't used the shower yet but it looks beautiful. Rob and Sean did the tub to shower conversion. They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. Completed the job in a timely manner and did a good clean up when done.
