This is the second major job I've had done with this company. West Shore replaced my front three windows and replaced my rotted kitchen french doors with a slider 2+ years ago. The windows and door are still working/gliding the same as the day they left. The companies employees are always courteous, explain everything, and take their time to give a perfect finish. Today I had my front door/storm door replaced because they were old, didn't fit properly and we lost a lot of heat and cooling. The men who came today took their time and it's a perfect fit. They were respectful, didnt curse and cleaned up promptly after themselves and explained as they went. The door is so beautiful, and closes easily. I know my new front door will last just as long as all of the other work they've done for me. I know people may think they are a little more expensive however, I have dealt with other companies and contractors. It's a fact, you get what you pay for. West Shore is and will be my go to for as long as I own this home. The windows are next! Thank you for such a well trained work crew!
