The entire crew was very polite and respectful to my elderly mother. She was comfortable with them because they kept her in the loop of what they were doing to make her a safer, more open area to shower. We are pleased with the outcome and would gladly recommend them to family and friends!

The installers did a great job. The shower is great as well. It was more expensive than we would have liked. but we are happy with it. The reason I gave the customer service a lower score is that we had an issue with one of our grab bars and our shower curtain rod and it took 6 weeks for them to resolve an issue that took 30 minutes to fix. Ryan Jonik was the technician that came to fix the issues. He was great and did a wonderful job.

The two guys that did the removal of the tub and installed them stand up shower were very concerned and professionally the transition. Rob and Aaron are an asset to your company. This was my sonâ s bathroom and he was working so some of the decisions had to be be face time and they did a beautiful job. They both cared about their work and showed it on the completion of the remodel. They both need an at a Boy
