The installers, Hector, Nick and Evan arrived on time, introduced themselves, put down drop cloths from the front door, down the hall, through the master bedroom and into the master bathroom. They extracted the old fiberglass tub and shower and put in the new walk-in shower and sliding glass doors. They let me peek in ever so often and answered any questions I had during the process. They cleaned up after themselves so I had very little to do after they finished their work. Hector explained about the paperwork and the warranties I would receive later. They did an amazing job and I am so happy with my new walk-in shower and sliding glass doors. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Great job from the beginning to the end. Patrick M., the Design Consultant was very professional and clear in his presentation. He left no questions unanswered. Everything he assured us of, occurred. The installers, Sean W. and Ken C. did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, were very courteous and presented themselves and performed their task in a professional manner. When the job was completed, they left everything in the order in which they found it. Great job!

Top notch salesmen Jason B. and Robert B. plus installation crew Brandon and Juan which did a great job tearing out and replacing my thirty year old shower in the short time of appx. eight hours. I am very happy with work and am pleased with way everything turned out.

Our installers, Dylan P, Evan C and Bruce R were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. They arrived on time and completed removal of old tub and installation of new show (beautiful) in less than 8 hours, including advising us of everything we needed to know including care and cleaning of the new shower. What a great experience I had with West Shore Home. I was having my old tile shower replaced. Arron Brinkley, the Sales Rep, was very thorough helping me select my products for the shower. When Paul, Erik & Bruce showed up at 8:15am they worked very steady and professionally taking out the old tile and cement down to the studs then replaced the piping for the new install. How exciting it was to see the transformed shower. I would certainly recommend West Shore Home to others.
