West Shore Home does exceptional work. We have a 25-year-old Double wide; the windows wouldn't open without eating some spinach (for those of you too young to understand that reference, look up Popeye), they were falling apart, water damage from many hurricanes, and just nasty. West Shore came out and replaced 11 windows. These guys had a big job as they were only one of 2 companies that would work on our home. This amazing crew of gentlemen worked tirelessly, in the heat, from 0830 until around 1830. These guys only took a small lunch break and kept right on pounding until they were done. When they left, you could hardly tell that they were there, apart from a tired old double wide with an amazing facelift. This was the first phase in a complete redo of our home. The payment plans are doable, the windows are excellent, you can barely hear anything outside of the house, I did not even know that it was raining. The main thing, and definitely the most important, the crew was one of the best as far as I am concerned. They were personable, they all took great pride in their work, and if anything needed to be discussed, they made sure that we discussed it before any work was done. They all deserve a massive raise for all the work that they did, and they completed my monstrosity in one day. If you are looking to get your windows replaced, just know things aren't as cheap as they used to be, but West Shore will help you figure it out. So far, my experience with them is great. Their windows have a lifetime warranty and look amazing. My beautiful wife is happy with them and that is the most important. I highly recommend West Shore Home for their product and their work crews' professionalism and dedication to getting the job complete. Extremely happy with the replacement of my 3 bay windows. Everything was seamless from the sales person, Jeff, to the installation team The two man team, Zack & Tony, arrived on time, were professional, were beyond competent, worked as well oiled team & went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with the job. Zack went as far as putting back the blind hardware that I removed prior to installation. This is the second job I have had done from Westshore Home & once again was beyond pleased.
