I was told by their appraiser a time of a week or two for the job to be completed. After 2.5 weeks had passed, I called to find out the status of the job and was told it wouldn't be until another week or two. At the end of week 3, I received an email saying they were coming out that day to do the job and they never showed up and never called to say they weren't coming. Instead they showed up at my door at 7:30 the next morning with no warning and wanting to do the job then. Unfortunately I was sick in bed but had to get up to accommodate them. The work they did was fine, but I thought the appraiser just said anything to get my business and then failed to follow through. I also thought I was over charged for the job and should have been compensated a bit for the inconvenience it caused me.

Very professional and timely. The work I needed done was done with a price that fit my budget. They did an excellent job of cleanup afterwards.

Very professional and timely. I needed some trees removed/trimmed for insurance purposes. The work was done promptly. I know there are more economical companies, but this was a good option for what I needed and when.

Do NOT hire Strobert Tree Services! They were supposed to trim a 2 inch limb from my sycamore tree and trim a lilac tree. THEY CUT DOWN THE ENTIRE SYCAMORE TREE ?by mistake? and never touched the lilac tree. They had the nerve to charge me the entire amount and made no attempt to fix their mistake. BBB is investigating reparations. DO NOT hire them.

They arrived at 8:15 and got to work immediately and were finished by 9:45. When they were finished, you wouldn't have known they were there unless you looked at the trees. Great job. Will use them again, as we have a lot of trees.
