Shower replacement will depend on overall cost of project. DECK (enormous) tear down and rebuild smaller bi-level deck. WINDOWS: replace all. Includes cutting into block wall to accommodate larger windows and repairing areas where windows once were. DOORS: replace all interior and exterior, including garage overhead FLOORS: remove, level and replace with vinyl plank WALLS: fix or cover with 1/4 inch drywall. Paint all. CEILINGS: fix or replace all ELECTRIC PANEL UPGRADE with some rewiring and new wires run to all exterior corners of house ROOF: replace PORTICO: build for front entry, metal roof DORMERS/3: flatten apex, new siding and metal roof MASONARY: artistic parget work to match style on exterior to fix major blemishes.
