The Strobert Tree Service Team did an excellent job. We had four trees removed two were inside our yard. The team did a great job of removing the trees and lifting the two in the yard over our fence, with no problem.

Specialists arrived in a timely manner. They removed two trees and a large bush. Estimated time was one hour, but the job was completed in half the time. All refuse was cleaned up.

The Strobert crew was faced with a real challenge: a large dead oak tree was above and close to my home. A crane would not be able to get to the area. Their confidence, expertise and execution led to a great result and the lawn follow-up was appreciated as well.

The actual cutting down of the tree happened very quickly and I was extremely satisfied. The tree was very large and several logs were left in the yard. It took 7 days and multiple calls from me to the company in order to get the logs removed. Of note there was a lot of rain that week. But the communication from the tree service scheduler to me leaves a lot to be desired. The removal of the logs destroyed more than a third of my yard, I mean destroyed (of note, I am putting my house up for sale in several weeks, They were well aware of my concerns over the grass being present in the back yard). They did apply top soil and grass seed in some areas. I had to call back and have them return to re apply seed in other areas. They just threw seed down, didn't rake it in or cover or even water it. It is now my responsibility to water and ensure it grows. It is not, I had to buy more grass seed and re apply in hopes it will grow more completely. I am actually horrified at the state of my yard, and was told this is how they do it and the risk to yard is just part of the risk of taking a large tree down. After all of the events I would never recommend this company, I feel like they received their payment for the tree and so now any after math is my concern, not theirs.
