They were easy and prompt to communicate with. Offered unique advice out of the four quotes I got. 3 trucks took down an 80' tree in a couple hours, while avoiding power lines, like pros who've done it hundreds of times.

After accepting their competitive estimate, the crew from Stroberts did a very nice job taking down 1 tree and trimming dead branches from 3 other trees - all with little/no damage to our front & back yards. The stump grinding (done a few days later) created a nice pile of wood chips which we used along our retaining wall.

Had them come in late July for remove a tree. They showed up 4 hrs late with no notification, broke items in my back yard while removing the debris, then never came back to remove the logs. I contacted the sales rep I was working with and let him know that i was not please at the beginning of August, he assured me he'd do what he could to make it right. Here it is 9/12 and no call, no email, no communication whatsover. Guess i'm on my own to remove the 4 logs that i now have rotting in my back yard. Regret using them. *** update *** The owner of the company called me within minutes of me posting this bad review. He questioned why i paid if i wasn't happy with the service and then when i explained he said he would take care of it and have them remove the logs they left and repair the yard damage. This original bad review was written 9/12/2018....now it's 10/24/2018 and i'm STILL looking at the logs rotting in my back yard, haven't heard anything since the owner called immediately after the first bad review. Use this company at your own risk.

We were given a reasonable estimate for tree removal, pruning, and stump removal. Even when they were dealt with equipment issues, they still were able to get the job done.

For some unknown reason, 3 limbs of an adjacent tree were removed. A 5ft length of the tree trunk was left on-site for more than a week. Then left curbside for several days, before being finally removed.

Strobert arrived on time and complete the job without leaving a lot of debris in the yard. Overall please with the performance of this company. The company knows trees and provided suggestions for care and maintenance (not just tree trimmers). I appreciate the expertise of those who work for this company- will hire again.
