This tree service was quick, efficient and very professional. Their estimate was significantly lower than at least one other service. They completed the job in about a half hour. The only drawback was that the stump grinding team didn't appear until a few days later which slightly delayed the team of painters who were staining our house at the time. Another aspect was the fact that their trucks went off the lip of our shared driveway and significantly rutted our neighbor's yard, but once we pointed this out, they returned, provided fill, seeded it, and made it as good if not better than new. We would recommend them without hesitation.

When getting the estimate they were very thorough, explaining the process, reviewing health of trees and making appropriate recommendations. When taking down trees they were very quick and efficient and cleaned up well.

Polite and respectful crew and support staff. The men that cut down the trees were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves very well. I think the tree stump removal team should have done something with the remains of my tree stumps. They left very large amounts of wood chips on site that I have to deal with. About two yards were left behind. I feel they should have made an effort to take some of it away. I paid a good amount of money for the service, and now I have to find a way to dispose of about two yards of shredded tree stumps. To be fair, the estimator of the job told me that a good amount of wood chips will be left behind after the tree stumps are removed. He failed to estimate the amount of wood chips they would leave behind. If I had known this large amount of wood chips would have been left behind, this would have been a deal breaker for me. I d be willing to pay extra for most of the wood chips to be hauled away. Perhaps the company should offer that additional service.

They said they would cut the tree in the afternoon. They showed up that morning cut the tree and left the log on my neighbor?s lawn. When I called them about this they had an attitude. They would not give me a time frame for when they were coming to grind the stump. They did not want to see me or have me involved. They came and used my neighbor?s driveway and lawn to grind the stump tearing up his lawn. These people disrespect my neighbor?s property. They could not give me a call when they changed times. They left a mess and I had to apologized to my neighbor for this awful rude company who would not respect me or my neighbor?s property. Once I pay for the job the only thing that matter for them is there procedures never mind the customer.

The actual tree cutting and stump grinding was done well. My concern was two phone calls asking for payment when the project was unfinished - the stump not ground. Why would the office not know this and go after me rather than getting the stump ground?
