They came out the next day to review my yard. Recommended that I have a few dead limbs removed from other trees that I hadn’t considered. Then came the following day, removed my dead rhododendron, pruned my silver maple, and got rid of the dead limb hazards. Very professional, good value, I would definitely recommend them. My huge silver maple looks awesome!

We contracted with Strobert Tree Services, Inc. for their "Low Impact Crane Removal Package" to remove two very large trees from our back yard. Not counting the initial estimate or the survey of the damages caused, they came to our home four times: -Cut down the trees and put the sections in our front yard -Remove the tree sections -Grind the stumps, remove all the stump grindings from our yard, repair all the damage to the yard (crane tracks, etc,) cover the stump areas with top soil, seed, straw. -Finish removing all the stump grindings from our yard, actually repair all the damage to the yard and actually cover the stump areas with top soil, seed, straw. The Good: -They were able to schedule the tree removal very quickly. -They deducted the cost to repair the four (4) sections of our sidewalk they broke. The Bad: -After that first day when they cut down the trees, we had to call MANY times to get information on when they would come back to complete the project. -They failed to show up MANY times after telling us we were on the schedule for a specific day. -They did not contact us to tell us they were not coming on the days which they told us we were scheduled yet did not come. -We had to have them come back a second time to complete the work specified in the contract. They did not initially remove all the stump grindings from our yard, repair all the damage to the yard (crane tracks, etc,) nor cover the stump areas with top soil, seed, straw. Overall, we had a bad experience in working with Strobert. We will never use Strobert again and would NOT recommend them to others.

They damaged my walk way, gutter and siding. Waiting for them to make repairs before final payment is made. They also made a mess of my front lawn ruining the sod because they did not place 4x8 boards on ground to carry out heaving logs. How unprofessional.
