I used Stobert because they had an arborist that could help us with appropriate tree work. We had several trees removed and others triimmed. The crew did great work, left my yard clean and free from debris. They removed several of the stumps so we could replant. Office staff was also great to work with for scheduling.

The work group did an outstanding job. But, their office sent me an incorrect invoice. My down payment of $150.00 via personal check did not show up on the invoice. The check was cashed by them. I have a copy of said check. I have yet to receive a corrected invoice showing a zero balance as the balance was paid on completion of work. I want closure in the way of a corrected invoice showing a $0.00 balance.

We apologize Jay. Many times the payment and invoice will cross in the mail. Once your payment was received, it was applied to the account and a zero balanced invoice was emailed to you. If that was not received, a phone call to the office would have prompted us to have mailed one out to you. We will do that as well. Thank you.
