Im in the middle of the job and cant get finished, going on 2 weeks of waiting on them to finish, can not get any communication on when get job done, very upset right now.

The Company had a miscommunication within their employees. The owner of the company called me to find out more and made it right. Came out the following week to complete the job. The crew was friendly and informative. They did a great job, explained everything that they did and cleaned up after. Will use them again for the upkeep. Thanks for some great customer service and job well done.

They are not organized. We had tree and bushes to take out. We called to see when They would come out , they told us 2 weeks. Out of the blue , they called us the night before so I had to take a day off work. When I called them that morning to confirm They are coming out and all it will be done completely They said yes. It didn't. They work in stages. They come out to take tree out. Another crew maybe the same day , get rid of the tree. It took them 3 weeks for the the guy to grind the stumps. When the guy came to grind the stump he got there at 1;18pm . he slept in his truck till 1:50pm. Then it took 20minutes to do the job. Then they billed our credit card 4 day later for final payment as a courtesy.No calling us, no talking about the issues of being late, sleeping on job. So they do the job on there time but want payment right now.They also came out a week later after they took they trees out after they already done this task.

Thank you for your comments and we do apologize for the inconvience that you felt you received. You were correct that we were out two weeks for work, but did not like receiving a call the day before we were coming out. According to the contract that you signed which has an additional sheet called "Our Process", it explains there that we do the work in phases and it also states that you would have to be willing when we call the day before to come out, if you are not, please do not sign and accept. You signed agreeing to all of that. I do not feel that we should be called not organized because you did not take the time to read over what you signed. The gentelman that pulled up to do the stumps, was not sleeping, he was actually on his lunch break . As for running your credit card for the balance, that is incorrect. You still have a balance due for the work. The only time the company ran your credit card was when you authorized it for the deposit. We do apologize for the inconvience of being late with the grinding of the stump. With rain that tends to put us behind a little or with equipment failure. Thank you.
