Tree Removal I give them credit. It was a small job and they custom taylored it, so they could get it done for me. They were pretty good with customer service!

Some of the tree cut have been cut smaller because when 3 pieces hit the ground it sounded like my house had been hit but it was just do the weight hitting the ground.

Paying was very easy. Scheduling and communication were very weird. I was never contacted about a good time for the work to get done; instead I got a phone call out of the blue in the afternoon several days after agreeing to the proposal (with radio silence in between), informing me the crew would be there the next day, giving me next to no time to coordinate my own schedule to accommodate. When poor weather rolled in that next day, all I got was an email (not until midday) telling me the work would be rescheduled. Again there was no coordination with me even though that email claimed I should be called in the next 24 hours, and several days later I got another email notification less than one full day before the crew arrived. There was no call-ahead before the multiple trucks (I was told there would be just one) showed up on my small street, so Iâ m glad I had the forethought to move my familyâ s parked cars early that morning before work. The crew lead was not fully informed about prior discussions Iâ d had with the person who did the quote on-site at my property, so Iâ m glad I managed to rework my schedule on short notice to be there in person and make sure it all happened as intended. The work itself did end up being fairly quick and efficient. It just felt more difficult than it should have been to get to that point.
