We contacted them immediately they said they could take care of the trees within the week we were not going to be home, so I prepaid them. We came home and the trees were still on the house, when I called they said oh we can not do the job unless we signed a proposal. They took our money immediately and we never got a proposal. I would never use them again!

The person who came to do the quote was knowledgeable and pleasant. I accepted the quote and gave my credit card info. I was told that someone would contact me to set it up. I followed up three times and each time I was told they would get back to me right away. Then they sent the same person back thinking I wanted a quote. The last woman I spoke to was just rude and awful. Now my tree is nearly dead and I have to start all over again with a different company.
