Seldon and his team did a great job. Set good expectations at the beginning of the job, was efficient in trimming back my tree, and took the time to talk to both myself and my neighbor to ensure we were both pleased before finishing up. Professional I’m every way. I would use Strobert again.

There is no follow-through on customer service. They did part of the job, and we still have a large log on our property that has been there for over a month. It was supposed to be taken down and removed. We also had trees pruned. I asked for all dead branches to be pruned as they have been causing car damage. What happens to the first big storm? Big dead branches come down and smash the windshield of my vehicle. So now I am out having to pay for a new windshield. We only paid 1/3 down though thankfully. Never again.

Arborist who came out to quote the project was very knowledgeable and made feel comfortable about the project. The men who came out to remove the tree and trim 2 other trees were great, really knew what they were doing. All of the work was top notch. However they did not communicate very well. Make sure you ask will everything be done the same day, as I had my tree removed, then 6 days later the main tree approx 10 ft long removed from my front long and then another 4 days until the stump was grinded. I wanted to know when people would be coming to my house because my grand daughter lives with us.

The service was scheduled quickly and completed by a large team. I was very pleased with how thorough and efficient the work was. I had several trees trimmed, a couple removed, and bushes pruned. The pruning left a lot to be desired, due to the blunt cuts rather than shaping. But overall I am pretty happy with the service as a whole project.
