Tony could not have been more acomadating. Showed up on time, made sure everything was compleated and working well. Explained ways to keep the doors working well with some preventive maintenance.. Would definately recommend.

They were very responsive. The repair man, Toni, arrived on time, was very professional. He explained the orobkem and proposed a solution that was affordable. He also provided a discount. I will do work with this company again.

Outstanding! From the start Terry was extremely responsive to my inquiry. He took the time to come out on a Sunday afternoon to do the initial visit. We discussed the project (replacing the 2 original wooden garage doors and replacing the door casing on both door openings) and he took the time to thoroughly explain the available options and ensured that we were knowledgable of and happy with the option we chose. Terry came out for a second visit to verify door and casing measurements. On installation day, Ruben and his crew arrived to replace the door casings. They were extremely professional and polite, and did a fantastic job removing the old casings, and installing the new ones. They went above and beyond the call by removing and replacing some hidden damage when it was uncovered. Excellent craftsmanship! Terry arrived and commenced installing the new garage doors. He efficiently installed both new doors, replaced the old expansion springs with a torsion spring system and got the majority of the installation completed by the end of the day. The new garage doors were installed and working ahead of schedule! We were scheduled for two full days of installation, one day for the casings and one day for the garage doors. Terry came back the next afternoon to check the fit and operation of the doors, and install the gaskets and door trim, all of which took about 2 hours. Terry’s and his crew’s attention to detail at all phases of this project was phenomenal and greatly appreciated. Terry is customer focused and worked tirelessly to ensure that we understood our garage door options, all of our questions (from start to finish) were answered, and we were completely satisfied with the end result - and we are very satisfied, we are overjoyed. I highly recommend Terry and Service Garage Door. Fantastic Job!
