Jimmy and Tony arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately, saving me from a big repair job when it was something simple. Because of that I plan to use them when I do replace my entire garage door opener system in the near future.

They were awesome. They quickly determine the problem with my garage door. They had everything with them to fix the problem. They explained and showed me what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. I highly recommend them (Jimmy and his partner).

I would give Jimmy and Tony, a 10 if I could. They are professional, the price was great and they came out hours after we called because we could not get the door open to our garage. They also gave maintenance tips.

Jimmy and Tony came out to our house right away, on the same day that I called, and arrived right on time, exactly as they said they would. They did a great job with the install, and Jimmy patiently talked me through the setup and use of the new equipment. They cleaned up and hauled away the old broken parts, and they were a pleasure to deal with in every way. I would be absolutely delighted to work with them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP!!!! I thought I would need new doors. and/or replace the hardware. I had made an appointment with the first company that called me and they charge for an assessment. I then received a call from Jimmy . While speaking with Jimmy , I knew I would use their service because of the wonderful customer service I received over the phone. An appointment was scheduled and a window of time was provided for their arrival.. I was also given a quote which I had not expected. The day of the appointment, I received a call confirming that he and his associate, I believe his name is Tonny were on their way and what time to expect them. They came in assessed the repairs, gave me feedback on what needed repaired, then went to work. Oh, by the way I had only mentioned one door in my repair request, but I needed both doors repaired and the price was affordable. Jimmy and Tonny are professional, courteous, pleasant, polite, and did a fantastic job!! I would highly recommend this company. They take care of their customers.

I was very pleased to get same day service. Jimmy was one of the service techs (I don't remember the other tech's name), but they were both very polite, courteous, and did a great job!! Would definitely recommend this company!
