Very professional and polite service from answer the phone, scheduled inspection, discussion of the option between service and replace the door, take order, to the careful proceed the new door installation. As a field engineer myself, certainly appreciate the tradition value Tony, Treey and junior presented in this job: enthusiasm of the job, knowledge about their profession, concern about the customer's need, fast response time, meet schedule, and gain the customer's satisfaction by oldest way: "earn it". I checked into getting the repair done on a Sunday evening, Tony called me that night. The work was scheduled and performed on Monday. Tony was well within the service window I was given, he was polite, professional and patient. He answered all of my annoying questions with a smile. The door works better than we can remember, smooth and quiet. Excellent work

Mr. Terry Rosemond and co-worker were very professional and did and excellent job in replacing my garage door. Terry worked until 10:30 in the evening to complete the job while the co worker went on to the next job. Althought there was a delayed due to the wrong part, Terry drove to their warehouse to exchange the pieces and still install the garage doors and parts professionally without rushing. Terry never took a break and kept working until the work was done. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, excellent customer service and his kindness and honesty. He made the customer feel at ease and that he can be trusted. I will recommend Service Repairs LLC and Terry to my workers, neighbors and others if someone inquired for the same service. I will add your companys name and phone number to my address book so I can request for your service when I needed some repairs. Thank you very much. My husband love and appreciate the work that Terry done and was very happy about the work.
