He was diligent, paid attention to detail, came back on multiple times to finish up some details due to the fact it had rained one day and he wanted to be certain he had properly filled (caulked) every window properly. Bill's work was impeccable...he even stayed past 7 pm on a Friday evening to ensure the new door they were installing was properly fitted and locked so we wouldn't have to worry over the weekend. I am very pleased with the work and the care and neatness shown. I was also *extremely* happy with the level of communication provided. And by communication I mean I knew when they were coming and how long the job should take. When the temperature meant the plaster would take longer to dry and so the job would take longer, this was gone over at the beginning of the day, and the revised timetable was clear.
