Before I tried Home Advisor, I contacted another repair service out of Baltimore. After several phone calls and the price changing on each call, I decided to try Home Advisor. The process was simple and I was connected to Tony almost immediately. He arrived as committed and was very professional, completing the job rapidly. I would not hesitate to hire them again should the need arise.

Tony is a kind person exhibiting professional work ethics. He came late at night to inspect the problem and then early next morning to fix it. I would definitely recommend him to others and give him six stars (is such existed ;-))

I filled out information online at 5:30 pm and within 5 minutes I received a call from Terry saying someone would be back in touch with me by 8 pm. Terry called back at 8 and said he was on his way to my home. Terry showed up with the spring that needed to be replaced and had it installed in about an hour. I was thrilled this matter was taken care within a few hours hours rather than days. I would recommend Service Repairs to anyone.

I am very pleased with the service I got. I live in an older house that had a manual garage door. I wanted a new garage door with an opener. This was a very challenging installation. There just wasn't enough clearance for the automatic door. My contractor worked tirelessly to modify the door to make it work. He worked lots more hours that a typical installation and didn't charge me anything extra. I strongly recommend this service for their integrity and quality of work.
