I was extremely pleased and impressed with the quality of service I received from Service Garage Door. Tony called me the same evening I requested service and came out the next day (Sunday) to evaluate the problem and give me an estimate. I had a very old garage door opener that stopped working and did not have the reverse open safety mechanism. Tony provided various options to meet my budget (which I really appreciated) and provided a documented estimate. Although I did not choose the most economical option, I can say that I choose the mid-range option presented to me that was worthwhile for my needs. I decided to replace my old garage door openers, have new ones installed, and replace the door seals for a price that was reasonable. The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Tony took the time to show and explain all that was done and point out all of the features of the equipment in a way that was easy for me to understand. He also took the time to answer any questions I had. As a result, I have a tightly sealed garage door that is quiet and works efficiently. I have nothing but high accolades for this company and have no reservations recommending them.

They completely rejuvenated all the hardware and seals. The door now runs very smoothly and quietly, and is weather-tight. I noticed a couple of minor issues after install, but Terry came very promptly and corrected them at no charge. Very pleased with the quality of work and the good customer service experience.

I filed a complaint with Home Advisor on this company. They did not tell me what the cost to come out was in advance. The repair man charged $45.00 to review my garage door opener. His diagnosis was wrong. stated I needed a new motor and gave additional prices to replace motor. I called original company that out in opener 4 years ago. They out the manual door release back on track, cleared webs from electronic eyes at botyom of door, Charged me $75.00 and repaired my opener. I have a complaint invagainst this company for false diagnosis and refund of ny $45.00. I do not recommend anyone hire them.

The gentleman called me 45 mins in advance of arrival. Arrived on time. Great communication between the company and myself. Their availability was perfect. Replaced my torsion springs and provided additional information to keep my door working smoothly.

On time, reasonable rates, and friendly service team. That may seem like an advertisement, but in this case it was true. After replacing a torsion spring, they took the time with me to test and demonstrate everything was working and that the garage door opener had adjusted to new spring. I was quite happy about that given past experiences with service providers who were a little light on the testing end. Would recommend this company.
