We got a fair price and the install of our water softener was fast and efficient. Jeff from R&G was straight forward and made an effort to reduce the cost to us. Jeff was willing to explain the system in detail and discuss other projects that weren't making him any money. We will be repeat customers.

After replacing the well pump, they shocked the water for contamination. I waited a day and cleared the water out of the house according to the county instructions. When the water was tested by the county a week later, it failed miserably. I then shocked the water myself and it passed. Also they either didn't notice it was broken or they broke the PVC pipe to the well lid. In either case, they did not repair it. This also would have resulted in well contamination later. When I called them about all of this, they didn't bother to call back.

I would definitely hire them. Dave, the technician knew exactly what needed to be done. In addition, he was able to explain to me what filters I needed to purchase, how I can upgrade my system and I was impressed that he took pictures of my house purification system and well system so that they had the information in their system should I need service in the future. The price was the best ever!!

I feel I got a good price on a water softener system. When an installation problem came up, the owner came right out to make the repair. I will be using R and G for all my water softener system and well pump needs.

I am very pleased with the response time of R&G Water Systems. they made contact with in minutes 11pm and showed up at the appointed time. I feel they are very honest. They repaired the problem very quickly and with a reasonable rate. I will be using them again.. Excellent customer service and knowledge in their field. I will be booking an appointment to have a service on my water system.. Thanks R&G!! Job well done! I am pleased!
