Contacted me immediately and kept in frequent contact. Understood the urgency of my problem (no water, well pump) and got out the same day I contacted them. All of the guys were very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done. Also they beat the estimate I received from another company by over $1000. I would recommend them without reservation.

This company contacted me within 10 minutes of receiving my inquiry. It was 10:30 at night. They were at my house by 9:30 the next morning and had my water back on before noon. They were polite and thorough and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

45 years of experience. Rick arrived on a Friday afternoon about 2 PM with assistant Dave. He tested the well pump and found it still worked. He asked if I wanted to replace it. The well pump was 31 years old so I had him replace it. The holding tank was also 31 years old but it was bad. They replaced both in about 2 hours . Outstanding job! Everything worked right the first time it was installed. I was charged about $150.00 less than the estimate of $3000.00. I give R&G the highest recommendation. They are honest, highly knowledgeable, and very hard workers. They are the best!

I initially spoke to them around 4 p.m. and they were able to get out there by 5:30 that afternoon and replaced my well pump. The quick turnover was great as I have four small children and living without water makes life a lot more difficult. Great customer service with all of the representatives and technicians that I spoke with. I would highly recommend them!
