We turned on the faucet and no water came out. We called, after finding them on the internet; they returned our call quickly and were here by 8 p.m. on the weekend. They answered our questions and fixed the problem (in the dark). Our new well pump was installed the same evening. Very nice, very neat, very efficient. Pricing was about the same as other quotes we were given in the past. Glad we found R&G.

replace and install new water treatment system - I had some difficulty setting up the date and time but Rick and crew are extremely busy. They arrived at 6:30 PM (several hours late) and finished at 10:30 pm but the job appears to be excellent. I would definitely recommend their work as a quality job. Their price was very reasonable as they beat other quotes for the job.

They showed up on time and replaced my sump pump without any issues. Great job! I called them at 9am on a Sunday morning and he arrived around 11am. Very fast! However I do feel that I may have paid a premium to have the pump replaced. In all fairness, the higher costs may have been as a result of the emergency call and the fact that it was a Sunday morning. I paid around $450 to have the sump pump replaced. ($246 for a Myers 1/3 HP cast iron sump pump + $185 labor). He (1 person) was there for about an hour. He left no mess and did a great job!

Prompt service for our critical down water pump on a weekend. Professional and specializing in water systems, R & G has specialized job equipment that allows them to do better than others I have used. The work was priced reasonably, and personnel were courteous and respectful. I could not be happier with the service received, I would highly recommend them to anyone. John Myers

Jeff came out to evaluate out water and the location to put the unit at in our basement. He was knowlegable without being arrogant about his industry. HIs price was very competitive and the work was done the day he said he would do the install. After installation, he went over the operation of the water unit and made sure we understood that if there were any problems he was available 24 hours a day. I would recommend Jeff and Rick to my friends looking for a water conditioning systems for their home.

The were very prompt (coming out on-time the same day I put in my request to ServiceMagic) and professional. They had all the necessary items on their truck and after confirming the issue, replaced my well pump right away. Even though the well was deeper than I had thought and therefore required a stronger pump, they still charged me very nearly what they had estimated over the phone. They provided a very good service for a fair price. I would happily use them again.
