Excellent people to work with. Asked appropriate questions to determine my well pump needs (water flow, depth of well) and provided an excellent recommendation. Will DEFINITELY use them again! In fact, I asked them about installing a water filter.

Before I left yr website I had received a call from R & G -on a Sunday afternoon! Within 2 hours Contractor was at my home-explained process thoroughly and gave me options before proceeding to complete project- We were out of water and believed it to be well pump-the pump was old but it was the electrical line which needed replacement. Contractor explained all in detail and we decided to replace pump as well as line. He was courteous,efficient and job was completed within 3 hours. Excellent service and will recommend to others!

Kept me informed from first telephone contact through job completion. Excellent diagnostic skills - isolated the problem and stayed until the job was done. In reality, could have gouged me but he's an honest man and he charged me for just the work that needed to be done. A rare find!! I will definitely tell the homeowners association about him.

These were the best contractors that we have ever, ever hired!!! They have some great people working for them! They stayed well past midnight in the freezing cold digging into the ground to make sure that we had water that night! I was so very impressed with their quality work ethic. They fixed our well pump and did not charge us more than exactly what was needed. Their price 1/3 the price we were quoted by another contractor. If you don't hire this company you are making a mistake because you can not go wrong with R & G Waters Systems. I give them the highest recommendation. I will definitely use this company again!!! Thanks much!!!

Called within minutes of entering my information online....Showed up a few hours later and took care of the problem. His troubleshooting was right on target and only fixed what needed fixed. No pressure, just great service with a smile.
