Rick was kind and patient with our late night weekend call. He and Mitch were professional during the job, answered our questions, and made us laugh. We had a well pump problem but it wasn't as expensive as I feared. I'd highly recommend R&G.

Fixed a well problem that two other well companies thought was likely to be a different problem with a more expensive fix - on a cold, rainy holiday weekend no less - I'd recommend them and would definitely use them again

This is the nicest company I have ever worked with. I spoke to 4 different people during my project and all were kind and helpful. No one tried to make me spend a dime more than necessary to fix my issue. These are my guys from here on out!

Very dishonest company. They overcharged me and threatened to pull out the pump they had installed if I did not pay. I was about ready to call the police. I am not getting good water flow after their work. Water supply is still very dirty. They had given me one year written warranty for materials and labor. I called them last Saturday to solve the problem under warranty. Owner Rick refused to honor the warrant and said he would charge me $75 more to handle the item and told me that they will call me on Monday(yesterday). So far,I have not heard from them. Very disappointed.

Water stopped working on July 4th because of well pump issues. Called two companies. One said "$2500-$4500 is what it will probably cost and if you want us to come out today it will cost you a few hundred dollars more". R & G came out same day with no added charge, was honest and said if you don't need a new pump we'll let you know. Ended up NOT NEEDING a pump but just some new wiring. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.
