I had contacted R&G through Home Advisor because the company we had been using recommended replacing our neutralizer rather than repairing it. R&G was able to repair the unit by rebuilding the control unit and replacing some of the piping. We saved about $1,400. R&G will now be servicing our water treatment system. This the way service should be.

I cannot rate these guys high enough. My sump pump broke last night and this morning I used Home Advisor to find them. R&G had the 2nd highest rating on Home Advisor for plumbing services. They also quoted me a price lower than anyone else could match, plus they did the job in 1/4 of the time everyone else quoted. No extra charges for a same day job. It's a family run business and their products have just as high a quality as do their service people. I'm usually a DIY-er, but their prices and flexibility made this decision a no brainer. I will definitely recommend R&G to family and friends.

I highly recommend this company. I have well and septic at my house I was concerned about the water pressure. Rick looked things over. As it turns out there is no problem. It is simply the water treatment sytem that was installed. Honesty goes a long way in my book. Rick was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the process. If I ever have a "real" problem this is the company I will call. Thanks so much!!

Both Rick (the plumber) and Georgina (his wife) were amazingly nice, helpful and competent. We lost power during Hurricane Sandy and had no water (and 100 waterless sheep) even though our generator was working, so we went looking on Home Advisor for a plumber. the first plumber that called me back suggested, when he heard what had happened, that I really needed an electrician, and I was just calling one when Georgina called. Turns out that Rick knows electric as well as plumbing and he had us fixed in no time at all. I cannot rate them highly enough, and will certainly be calling them when we have bigger jobs to do. they're GREAT!
