I called a late Saturday evening on a holiday weekend and got Georgina on the phone. Her associate, Rick, took the time to talk to me and explain the scope of the repairs, as well as a very reasonable estimate. They came out Monday, made the necessary repair and didn't try to sell me on any services that were not needed. The repair was fantastic, and the customer service was even better. I would continually refer my friends and family to R&G Water Systems, INC.

Timing was perfect, on their way home from another project. Showed up when they said they would. No surprises in their estimate of work. Would have given them 5 stars, had we had another experience to compare with. Just leaving room for surprise.

Rick called shortly after I spoke with Home Advisor (late Friday afternoon) and was able to come over Saturday morning. They came in, found and fixed the problem quickly, and even took care of another small but very necessary repair that popped up just before they left. I'd definitely recommend and use them again.
