Everybody that I dealt with at R&G Water Systems was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were proficient at diagnosing the problem my well system was having and addressed a few other concerns I had about performance and maintenance. I believe their prices are very competitive and the value was enough for me to have them perform the additional repairs. Through our conversations about the longevity of my systems, I plan on having them install an acid reducing system after the holidays and perhaps a water purification system for another project at a later time. I appreciate that they were able to send out help within 2 hours of my phone call and perform all of the repairs within a few more hours. I would highly recommend R&G Water Systems to anyone who has plumbing issues. Thank you to everybody who worked so hard to restore my well system to working order!

These folks are competent, honest, reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. The cheerful receptionist took some basic info from me and then immediately connected me to Rick, one of the owners. He was easy going and knowledgeable. The the workers politely introduced themselves as soon as they arrived and immediately started diagnosing the problem. They could see I was anxious (no water) and quickly assured me they'd restore the water before they left. They allowed me to observe the whole process and entertained and answered all of my questions. It was fun and educational! True to their word, I had my water flowing again when they left, and the cost was quite fair. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat. :-)

Most other well places will nickle and dime you on "if needed," or miscellaneous fees that the company knows they will have to do but make the price look less by saying "if needed." R&G is upfront about their costs, no hidden fees, and in the end you pay around the same price, but they were honest and genuine from the start. Got a better deal with R&G on top of it.
