    Called to set up a appt to come out on a Friday afternoon ( I'm willing to pay premium). They take my information, set up my account, try to sell me some package deal, and said a tech will come out by midnight and will call first. At 10:30 I still haven't heard from the tech cal so l them back and they say they have no record of my appointment, but they can see I have a account set up. I don't understand how they could have my information but forget to schedule it

    Had them do annual service on my A/C units, up and downstairs. Technician said Freon was fine and A/C was running good. It was frozen up and had to get another company to service it. The pump he said I needed was already there.

    Hunter was excellent. He was very friendly and a good listener. He explained everything before completing the repairs. He arrived on time. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly also.
